In times of the industrial internet of things, the cooperation between humans and robots is getting more and more important.
Using a Kinect and a Lego Mindstorms robot, an intuitive recognition mechanism lets the robot do things by natural movements of the user. The robot gives feedback using sensors, speakers and motors, making it easy to understand what the feedback means. For that a nonverbal communication, like a dog, is envisaged. Therefore, the robot looks like a dog and has the possibility to move its head and body.
