NINGU
Julia Alexandra Panek, Alexander Zandelov
NINGU (jap. the tools ninjas are using) describes an alternative, gesture based interaction technique for slide-based presentations. NINGU supersedes the usage of any further hardware and enables the presenter to perform a presentation in a highly intuitive and - most importantly - subtle way. A Kinect camera detects very simple and natural looking gestures and performs, depending on the distance between the speaker and the presentation (i.e. wall-projection), a keyboard-event which allows the presenter to navigate easily through his slides - in an inconspicuous (ninja) way.
